My name's Matthew Warlick and I'm a Dallas-based freelance illustrator, art director and comic book artist.
I started off as an apprentice during the "dot-com boom," then went on to work as an interactive art director at some of Dallas' most prestigious agencies. I quit my day job in 2007 to be my own boss and concentrate on illustration, design and comic book work.
I've had the privilege of working on such brands as Pepsi, Bank of America, American Airlines, (RED), Acura, the United States Air Force, Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Nokia and Paramount Pictures.
My comics work has appeared in several small press books for Capstone Connection, Digital Webbing and Terminus Media, as well as Red 5 Comics' Atomic-Robo, Robert Kirkman's Astounding Wolf-Man from Image Comics and the Marvel Masterpiece III card set.
